How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, kindly follow these steps:

1) Contact us by filling out the form on our website - here is the form; or email us admin@decordelight.com.au

2) Provide details of the issue:

  • The order ID - found in the email sent to you on purchase of your item
  • Images/video clearly showing the issue

What if i don't have my order ID?

It's extremely helpful to have an order ID so that we can seamlessly track down your purchase. If you don't have this handy our team will work with you to locate your order ID. We will need the date of purchase and your email used to purchase.

 

It's over 12 months, what can I do?

You should still reach out to us and talk to our customer support team about what's going on. We will asses each claim individually to determine wether a refund will be issued.
